And so the big day arrived, the first day of Preschool!
The students showed up with great excitement, nervous laughter and for some, teary smiles. They proudly showed off their creative and personalised Schultüte at the Preschool Enrolment Party, where they were officially welcomed to the next phase of their schooling career.
As the week went by, the preschoolers settled in by doing quite a few things.
We tried our hand at a few writing and drawing activities.
We had our first Preschool PE lesson.
We visited the library and borrowed some books.
We enjoyed the skills and talent of the Christiaan Benning Percussion group.
We spent time reading with friends.
We also spent time building Lego together.
All in all, a very successful first week of being Busy Bee Preschoolers! 🐝
